“Quintessential RESPONSIVE” is my way to characterize Thomas Garcia. I had a few minor issues with my site that I didn’t know how to fix. Thomas fixed them in 5 minutes. He’s professional, answered email right away, answered the phone, and listened to my concerns. He’s the epitome of Customer Service – something that is dire lacking in this field. Don’t even waste your time talking to anyone else. I did, big mistake! Unlike the 8-9 other firms I contacted before Thomas, they were emailing invoices without ever talking to me, said it take 3-4 hours to fix and 2 weeks to get it done… Really..?? Thank you Thomas.
